Collector Rarity and Condition 1950’s Solid 10ct Rose Gold ‘3 Star’ Mid-Size (30 mm’s) Rolex Precision Vintage Watch

The Overview

After buying over 2,000 Rolex and being offered thousands more this is the first ‘3 Star’ Rolex we’ve ever had…. The ‘3 Star’ Rolex dial was saved for the best of the best and they are amongst the most collectable and sought after Rolex in the world…..

Dating from the 1950’s, the solid 10ct rose gold ‘Thunderbird’ bezel case is virtually flawless – please note, this would’ve originally been a man’s watch but is more a ladies size now though this is more of a collector piece. The original ivory/cream dial has been professionally refinished to the highest possible standards. The applied rose gold arrow head batons with rose gold dot batons at the quarters along with the original rose gold hands and sub-second create a stunning look. The very high grade Rolex signed manual wind ‘Precision’ movement is again in excellent condition and has just been fully serviced by our professional watchmaker. To complete this amazing piece we’ve added a new, super high quality, dark brown Hirsch and Sonning Vintage Watches ‘London’ alligator skin strap with gold plated buckle (these retail at £195.00).

This is a beautiful example of this iconic watch and if history is any judge it will only increase in value.

As mentioned, it has just been serviced by my watchmaker and, in view of the high-grade Swiss movement, I will include a 3 month guarantee on the movement which is long enough for you to assess the working order.
