Stunning 1977 Solid 18ct Gold Vacheron Constantin Ladies Vintage Watch with Original Box & Papers

The Overview

I love all the watches we find but every now and again we something super special and this gents Vacheron & Constantin is just such a piece. Vacheron are the oldest established watchmaker in the world and were formed in 1755 and their mantra is ‘Excellence, Now and Forever’. Aside from the unique history and highest grade of movements, this is a simply beautiful watch.

The solid 18ct yellow gold Vacheron signed case is as near flawless as we’ve seen and just beautiful. The original jet black Vacheron signed dial has been professionally refinished to the highest possible standards and is wonderfully understated. The applied gold Vacheron legend and gold angular hands provide a striking contrast to the dial and are perfectly framed by the solid gold case. Vacheron movements are recognised as amongst the best in the world and the original Vacheron signed manual wind movement is in excellent condition. It also just been fully serviced by our professional watchmaker. To complete this beautiful piece we’ve added a new, high quality, Hirsch and Sonning Vintage Watches black crocodile skin strap with gold (yellow) plated Hirsch buckle. Very rarely we have the original Vacheron box (excellent condition but does have a small square of material missing near the watch holder) along with the original guarantee and purchase receipt. This ‘full set’ is only found on 1 in 50 – 100 watches….

Watches of this quality, provenance and condition are extremely rare and highly sought after – if history is any judge they will only increase in value.
