The Rolex Day-Date was the original and, to this day, their flagship watch – one of the many famous advertisements for this watch featured a Boardroom table with the strap line of ‘Men who make decisions wear a Day-Date (apologies for the sexist nature…).
This is a stunning example of the iconic Day-Date from 1974 (serial 3.8 million). The solid 18ct gold case is as near faultless as can be and the original Rolex signed champagne textured dial is original and again in excellent condition.
