This is a beautiful example of the iconic Rolex Datejust from 1971. The steel and solid white gold (fluted bezel) case is in excellent condition with only minor signs of wear. The original Rolex signed dark grey dial has been professionally refinished to the highest possible standards and is stunning. The Rolex signed automatic movement is again in excellent condition and has just been fully serviced by our professional watchmaker. The watch sits on a new, super high quality, black Hirsch ‘London’ alligator strap with steel Hirsch buckle.

The inside case is signed ‘Montres Rolex SA Geneva Switzerland’, ‘Patented Stainless Steel’ and ‘1600’. The age reference is ‘IV.71’ dating it to 1971.

The Rolex signed automatic movement is again in excellent condition and has just been fully serviced by our professional watchmaker. The movement is signed ‘Montres Rolex SA Geneva Swiss’, ‘Twenty Six 26 Jewels’, ‘Adjusted 5 Positions and Temp’ and the calibre is ‘1570’. The movement number is ‘523828’. You’ll notice it has the remains of the original Rolex applied case back sticker on the back.
