This is a stunning example of the iconic Rolex 16800 from 1986. The solid steel case is in excellent condition with only the most minor signs of wear. The guaranteed genuine Rolex dial was replaced by Rolex in 2009 (the original would’ve been the same gloss black with white gold cup batons) and is in excellent condition. The very high grade Chronometer standard automatic movement is again in excellent condition and has just been serviced by our professional watchmaker. The guaranteed genuine Rolex bracelet has the age letter of ‘K’ dating it to around 1999/2000 (the end pieces have the references 93150 and 593). It’s extremely rare to find any paperwork for a watch of this age and we have the original Rolex punched papers from 1986 and a Rolex service record from 2009. We also have a genuine Rolex box, inner and outer, which is in very good condition. In view of the very high quality movement we will give a 1 year guarantee on the movement.

Rolex Submariners have shown excellent and sustainable growth over the last 10 to 15 years. Whilst we cannot guarantee future values if history is any judge this will provide a beautiful watch to wear and provide a sound investment.
