This is a beautiful example of the iconic Rolex Datejust from 1980 and being a little newer is the quick date set model allowing the date to be set without turning the hands round the dial twice for each day. The steel case is in excellent condition with only the most minor signs of wear and a couple of shallow dings on the bottom right lug – I’ve tried to capture this on a photograph but have been unable to. Happy to send a WhatsApp video if required. The very high grade chronometer standard automatic movement is again in excellent condition and has just been fully serviced by our professional watchmaker (the watch was also serviced by Rolex in late 2021 and we have the Rolex card). The watch sits on a new, super high quality dark brown Hirsch ‘London’ alligator strap with a gold plated Hirsch buckle.

In view of the high quality movement we will give a 12 month warranty on the watch.

The inside case is signed ‘Montres Rolex SA Geneva Switzerland’, ‘Patented Stainless Steel’ and ‘16000’. The serial number is 6.2million dating it to 1980.
