This is a beautiful example of the iconic ladies Rolex Datejust from 1989 – it’s also the quick date set model allowing the date to be changed without going round the dial twice. The mid-size (30mm) steel and solid 18ct yellow gold case is in excellent condition with only the most minimal signs of wear. The original Rolex signed pearlescent champagne diamond dot (factory dial and not aftermarket) dial is again in excellent condition with some very light signs of aging – it looks even better in real life and if you’d like a wrist video please advise your WhatsApp number. The very high grade chronometer standard Rolex signed automatic movement is again in excellent condition and has just been fully serviced by our professional watchmaker. The watch sits on what we believe is the original steel and solid 18ct gold Rolex Jubilee bracelet. It’s in excellent aesthetic condition with some sag/stretch but not as much as would be expected from this age. It’s also a good size. In terms of provenance we have:
- The original Rolex punched papers
- The original Rolex Box – Inner and Outer
The modern example of this watch at 31mm is around £15,000…. In view of the quality and condition of the movement we will give a 12 month guarantee.
