The Rolex Submariner is arguably the most famous watch in the World. Worn by Presidents, Movie Stars and Watch Dealers… Introduced in 1953 it was the first watch to be waterproof to 100 meters. Adopted by Ian Fleming’s hero, James Bond the latest models design can easily be traced back to the original.

This example was sold in 2001 and is the rarer 2 line model. The solid steel case is in excellent condition with only minor signs of everyday wear. The original Rolex signed black dial is again in excellent condition (bezel insert replaced by Rolex in 2023). The watch was serviced by Rolex in September 2023 and the following work was done:

1. Full movement service
2. Replacement bezel insert
3. New Rolex crown
4. New bracelet

Total cost £1,905.00
