This is a beautiful example of the iconic Rolex Datejust from 1968. The solid steel and 18ct white gold (fluted bezel) case is in excellent condition with only the most minor signs of wear on the non-crown side (I’ve highlighted this one pictures). The original Rolex signed steel pearlescent dial is again in excellent condition with only some very minor signs of wear. The very high grade Rolex signed chronometer standard automatic movement is again in excellent condition and has just been fully serviced by our professional watchmaker. To complete this beautiful watch we’ve added a new, super high quality, black Hirsch ‘London’ alligator strap with steel Hirsch buckle.

The case measures 36mm across, excluding the Rolex signed crown and 43mm long including the lugs. The inside case is signed ‘Montres Rolex SA Geneva Switzerland’, ‘Patented Stainless Steel’, ‘1601’ and the age reference is ‘IV.68’ dating it to 1968.
