The Submariner is arguably the most famous watch in the World. Introduced in 1953/54 it has many iterations and all still hark back to the original design. The Kermit was introduced in 2003 to celebrate the 50th Anniversary and then the green dial/green bezel ‘Hulk’ was introduced in 2010 and replaced by the Starbucks in 2020.

This Hulk was bought in Prestons of Guildford in 2016 and has been worn carefully but never polished. The case is in overall excellent condition with surface scratches but no deep dings. The wonderful green dial and ceramic bezel are in excellent condition. Our watchmaker has done a time and waterproof check and it passed both to the manufacturers standards. The bracelet again is in overall excellent condition and has 12 links. In terms of provenance we have:

• The Rolex warranty card
• The Rolex brochures
• The Rolex chronometer chip and swing tag
• The Rolex boxes – inner, outer and cardboard sleeve
• The purchase receipt and valuation supplied by Prestons at the time of purchase

This is a fabulous example of one of the most iconic watches in the World with full history.
