This is a beautiful example of the iconic Rolex Datejust from 1965. The steel and solid rose gold (fluted bezel) case is in near faultless condition with only the most minor signs of wear. The original steel pearlescent Rolex signed dial is again in excellent condition with only minor signs of wear and patina. The super high grade chronometer standard Rolex automatic movement is again in excellent condition and has just been serviced by our professional watchmaker. To complete this wonderful piece we’ve added a new, super high quality, dark brown Hirsch ‘London’ alligator with a non-Rolex rose gold plated buckle.

The inside case is signed ‘Montres Rolex SA Geneva Switzerland’, ‘Patented Stainless Steel’ and ‘1601’. The age reference is ‘IV.65’ dating it to 1965.
