SPARES OR REPAIR – 1919 Solid Silver Omega Trench Watch

We bought this in a package of watches but didn’t progress it to refurbishment. It’s a solid silver Omega trench style watch gifted in 1919. There’s no winding crown but the hairspring does turn and drive the sub-second when shaken.  The case measures 31.5mm across excluding the crown and 38mm long including the lugs.
