SPARES OR REPAIR – 1970 Omega Seamaster 600

We bought a package of watches many years ago and this is one that we didn’t retail. The steel case, movement and dial are in good condition but the Omega signed crown falls out and isn’t connected to the movement. The case measures 34mm across excluding the crown and 43mm long including the lugs.
