This is a beautiful example of the iconic Rolex Rolex Oyster Perpetual dating from 1966. The solid steel case is in excellent condition with only minor signs of wear. The original and untouched (in terms of being refinished) Rolex signed steel pearlescent dial is again in excellent condition with only minor bubbling – I’ve tried to capture this on the pictures and happy to send the original high resolution ones if required – it’s hard to see with the naked eye). The very high grade Rolex signed automatic movement is again in very good condition and has just been fully serviced by our professional watchmaker. We also have a genuine Rolex bracelet that is a little later than the watch. It’s in excellent aesthetic condition but does show signs of sag and stretch – if the full price is paid we will include a new, super high quality Hirsch ‘London’ alligator strap with steel buckle (retail £205).

In view of the high quality movement we will include a 12 month guarantee.

The solid steel case is in excellent condition with only minor signs of wear. The case measures 34mm across, excluding the Rolex crown and 39mm long including the lugs. The inside case is signed ‘Montres Rolex SA Geneva Switzerland’, ‘Patented Stainless Steel’, ‘1002’ and the age reference is ‘111.66’ dating it to 1966.
