This is a beautifully original example of the iconic Rolex Datejust from 1972. The steel case is in excellent condition with only the minor signs of wear. The original Rolex signed crisp white dial is in very good condition but does show specks of patina – these are fairly hard to see with the naked eye and we can have the dial refinished if required (£300 – 3 weeks). The very high grade Rolex signed chronometer standard automatic movement is in excellent condition and has just been fully serviced by our professional watchmaker. To complete this beautiful watch we’ve added a new, super high quality black Hirsch ‘London’ alligator strap with steel Hirsch buckle.

The inside case is signed ‘Montres Rolex SA Geneva Switzerland’, ‘Patented Stainless Steel’ and ‘1603’. The serial number is 3.45million dating it to 1972.
