Collector Condition 1964 Rolex Oyster GMT Master Pepsi Gents Vintage Watch

The Overview

This is a simply beautiful example of the iconic Rolex GMT Master 1675 from 1964. The solid steel case is in excellent condition with only minor signs of wear – there’s the remains of a sticker on the outside case back which we believe is the original 1675 sticker but it’s impossible to confirm this. The pointed crown guard case will have been polished a number of times but it retains its ‘meatiness’. The original Rolex signed dial has aged to a beautiful tropical brown and the batons and hands to a lovely mushroom colour. Very rarely it has the original smaller triangle on the GMT hand (these were nearly always replaced with a thicker and larger triangle). The original Rolex signed automatic movement is again in excellent condition and has just been fully serviced by our professional watchmaker. We’ve added a genuine 1960’s Rolex ‘rivet’ bracelet which has 12 links and is in overall excellent condition. This watch is simply magnificent.

We will give a 12 month guarantee on the movement but due to its age we cannot guarantee it’s fully waterproof.
