This is a simply beautiful ladies watch from the 1930’s. The solid platinum and diamond oval case is in excellent condition with only minor signs of wear. The slightly off-white Aspreys signed dial has been refinished – we guarantee it’s the original dial and many jewellers signed the dials of watches during this period. We cannot guarantee it was supplied by Aspreys. The Swiss made manual wind movement is again in excellent condition and has just been fully serviced by our watchmaker (please note, movements from this period are robust but time-keeping will be 2 to 3 minutes/day out). This wouldn’t be an everyday watch but will be wonderful for a special occasion. To complete this piece we’ve added a new silk ribbon strap which would’ve been the style when new.

In view of the high grade movement we will give a 12 month guarantee.

The solid platinum and diamond oval case is in excellent condition with only minor signs of wear. The case measures 16mm across excluding the winding crown and 30mm including the wire lugs. The inside case is signed ‘Platinum’ and the stamp of ‘PWC London Made’. PWC were a London case maker who usually made pocket watches but also ladies watches. The case number is ‘1026’.
