This is a beautiful example of an early Rolex Datejust from 1962. The steel and solid yellow gold (fluted bezel) case is in near faultless condition with only the most minimal signs of wear. The original Rolex signed champagne dial is untouched and whilst there are signs of age it looks fabulous; especially to the naked eye (I’m always happy to send a WhatsApp video if required). It also has the original gold dauphine/dagger hands and they’re in excellent condition. The original and very high grade chronometer standard Rolex signed automatic movement is marked but still in very good condition and it’s just been fully serviced by our professional watchmaker. To complete this magnificent piece we’ve a new, super high quality dark brown Hirsch ‘London’ alligator strap with Hirsch gold plated buckle.
