This is a wonderful example of the iconic Rolex Datejust from 1970. The steel case is in excellent condition with only the most minimal signs of wear. The original Rolex signed matt caramel coloured dial is in excellent condition and unusually they used steel hands which tie the case in beautifully. The Rolex signed chronometer standard automatic is again in excellent condition and has just been fully serviced by our professional watchmaker. The watch sits on a new, super high quality, dark brown Hirsch ‘London’ alligator strap with a gold plated Hirsch buckle.

The steel case is in excellent condition with only the most minimal signs of wear. The case measures 36mm across, excluding the gold Rolex signed crown and 43mm long including the lugs. The inside case is signed ‘Montres Rolex SA Geneva Switzerland’, ‘Patented Stainless Steel’ and ‘1603’. The age reference is IV.70 dating it to 1970.
