This a beautiful example of the Rolex Datejust from 1977. The steel engine-turned (fluted bezel) and steel case is as near faultless as can be with only the most minimal signs of wear. The original Rolex signed sigma champagne dial is stunning – Sigma dials are very rare (denoted by the 2 ‘O’s either side of the ‘T Swiss T’ and means the applied hour batons and hands are solid gold. The chronometer standard Rolex signed automatic is again in excellent condition and has just been fully serviced by our professional watchmaker. The watch sits on a new, super high quality, dark brown Hirsch ‘London’ alligator strap with gold plated Hirsch buckle. We also have the original Rolex swing tag – high crown version – with the matching serial number.
In view of the quality of the movement we will give a 12 month guarantee on the watch.
