This is a wonderful example of the iconic Rolex Datejust from 1996. Very rarely it has what many people see as the most beautiful dial from this period; the Tapestry. It’s also the quick date set model allowing the date to be changed without turning the hands around the dial twice to move the date on once. The steel and solid gold (fluted bezel) case is in near flawless condition with only the most minor signs of wear. The original and untouched Rolex signed champagne pearlescent tapestry dial is again in near flawless condition and looks stunning. The super high grade chronometer standard automatic movement is in excellent condition and has just been serviced by our watchmaker. To complete this stunning piece we’ve added a new, super high quality, dark brown Hirsch ‘London’ alligator strap with gold plated Hirsch buckle.
