This is a beautiful example of the iconic Rolex Datejust from 1961. The solid steel case is in near faultless condition with only the most minimal signs of wear. The genuine and we believe original (we guarantee it’s genuine Rolex but is in such great condition it may be a service dial) Rolex signed pie pan pearlescent champagne dial is again immaculate and looks fabulous against the steel. The Rolex signed chronometer standard automatic movement is also in very good condition – please note, the tan marks on the rotor and movement are tarnish and not rust. It’s also been serviced by our professional watchmaker. The watch sits on a new, super high quality, black Hirsch ‘London’ alligator strap with steel Hirsch buckle.

The inside case is signed ‘Montres Rolex SA Geneva Switzerland’, ‘Patented Stainless Steel’ and ‘1603’. The age reference is 1.61 dating it to 1961.
