This is a beautiful example of the iconic Rolex Datejust from 1973 and very rarely it has the original and untouched matt black dial – very few made at this time. The steel and solid yellow gold (fluted bezel) case is in excellent condition with only the most minor signs of wear. The original and untouched matt black dial is again in excellent condition – it’s tricky to photograph black dials and any marks are just reflections; I’m always happy to send a WhatsApp wrist video. The super high grade chronometer standard Rolex signed automatic movement is again in excellent condition and it’s just been serviced by our professional watchmaker. The watch sits on a new, super high grade, black Hirsch ‘London’ alligator with a gold plated Hirsch buckle.
In view of the quality and condition of the movement we will give a 12 month guarantee.
