This is a beautiful example of the iconic Rolex Datejust from 1978. The steel and solid gold (fluted bezel) case is in excellent condition with only the most minor signs of wear. The original Rolex signed matt champagne dial is again in excellent condition – there is some minor marking of the second hand but this is hard to see with the naked eye. The very high grade Rolex signed chronometer standard automatic movement is in very good condition and has just been fully serviced by our professional watchmaker. The watch sits on a new, super high quality, dark brown Hirsch ‘London’ alligator strap and Hirsch gold plated buckle.
