This is a beautiful example of the iconic Rolex Datejust from 1968 – very rarely it has the multi-facetted hour batons meaning they have 4 sides allowing the light to change around each one as the wrist moves. For clarification they are polished steel. The steel and solid white gold (fluted bezel) case is in excellent condition with only the most minor signs of wear. The original Rolex signed steel pearlescent dial is again in excellent condition. The very high grade Rolex signed ‘chronometer’ standard automatic movement is again in very good condition and has just been fully serviced by our professional watchmaker. The watch sits on a new, super high quality, black Hirsch ‘London’ alligator with Hirsch steel buckle.
